Abuse Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy
fits.net maintains a zero tolerance policy for abuse of our platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Cryptocurrency Mining
Mining cryptocurrency of any kind is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and any other blockchain-based currency. Our systems actively monitor for mining activity.
Malware and Malicious Code
Storing, distributing, or transmitting malware, viruses, trojans, or any other malicious code is prohibited. This includes using our service to conduct attacks against other systems.
Network Attacks
Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, network intrusion attempts, and any form of unauthorized access to other systems is prohibited.
Email and Spam
Sending spam, bulk email, or any unsolicited messages is prohibited. Email ports (25, 465, 587, 110, 143, 993, 995) are blocked on all containers.
Illegal Content
Hosting, storing, or distributing any unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene content, or content promoting unlawful violence or discrimination is prohibited.
Military and Weapons
Using our service for military purposes, including development, production, testing, or use of weapons of any kind is prohibited.
Sanctions Violations
Using our service in violation of any applicable sanctions, or permitting access to sanctioned individuals or entities, is prohibited. Our service is not available in Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions.
Account Sharing
Sharing your account credentials, reselling access, or allowing multiple individuals to use a single account is prohibited.
Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any abuse of our platform, please report it immediately to abuse@fits.net
Please include:
- Description of the abuse
- Any relevant evidence or logs
- Date and time of the incident
- Your contact information for follow-up
Enforcement
We actively monitor for policy violations. Upon detection of abuse:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All data may be deleted without notice
- No refunds will be provided
- We may report illegal activity to law enforcement
- We may pursue legal action for damages
