You own your data. We retain ownership only of the service infrastructure. We do not access, view, or analyze the contents of your virtual desktop or files except as required for service operation, troubleshooting at your request, or legal compliance.

Your data is primarily stored in the European Economic Area (EEA). If data transfers outside the EEA are required, we will obtain your consent or ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. Your persistent storage is associated with your subscription tier and remains available as long as your subscription is active.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription. Deleted data may be recoverable for up to 96 hours, after which it is permanently removed. Upon account termination, all data is deleted within 96 hours.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining strong passwords, keeping your credentials secure, and performing regular backups of important data.
